What you'll be doing:

  • You'llOversee end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • You'll act as the product owner of Deel, our global HR and payroll system, maintaining stakeholder relationships and ensuring employee record accuracy.
  • You'll ensure compliance with local tax laws, labour regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • You'll lead payroll audits and resolve discrepancies or escalations.
  • You'll support the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, and equity.
  • You'll conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • You'll partner with HR and Finance to support annual compensation planning cycles.
  • You'll develop and maintain dashboards and reports related to payroll, compensation, headcount, and workforce analytics.
  • You'll provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • You'll maintain strong internal controls and compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations.

Who we're looking for:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, Accounting, or a related field.
  • You have proven experience in global payroll and compensation management.
  • You haveStrong knowledge of international payroll systems and compliance requirements.
  • You're proficient in HRIS and payroll systems, particularly Deel.
  • You have advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • You have excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
  • You're ableto work across time zones and cultures in a fast-paced, global environment.

It's a bonus if :

  • You have experience in a multinational company or shared services environment.
  • You're familiar with equity compensation and global mobility programs.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
