About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reward Specialist to join our team. You will support the Senior Reward Manager, Europe & USA, in delivering the annual reward processes and projects effectively. Your responsibilities include analyzing data and providing clear insights and guidance to inform decisions on pay and benefits. This role is suited for someone currently at a Junior Reward Partner level seeking career advancement.

Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will be analytical, with a strong understanding of compensation and benefits frameworks, including proficiency in modeling and data analysis. You should be able to present insightful recommendations based on data. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with integrity and discretion when handling sensitive employee compensation data.
