Location: Chiswick Business Park, West London

Working model: Hybrid, with 50% office-based and 50% remote working.

We’re looking for a Reward Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping how we reward, recognise and retain talent across our business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a compensation-focused reward professional who enjoys working with data, influencing stakeholders and driving meaningful projects. While compensation will be your primary area of expertise, you’ll also have the opportunity to broaden your experience across benefits, global reward initiatives and strategic projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
Compensation & Reward (Approximately 70%)
  • Lead annual pay review cycles
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis
  • Provide reward insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders
  • Support job evaluations and pay structure reviews
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure reward decisions are data-driven and competitive
  • Manage compensation-related reporting and analytics
  • Lead and support annual bonus and incentive plan processes
Projects & Benefits (Approximately 30%)
  • Support key reward and benefits projects across the business
  • Play an integral role in initiatives such as pay transparency, pay equity and reward governance
  • Partner with benefits providers and support benefits reviews
  • Assist with implementation of reward-related technology and process improvements
  • Collaborate with global reward teams on international initiatives
  • Help drive communication and engagement around reward programmes
We’re Looking For
  • Strong compensation and reward experience gained in-house
  • Experience supporting or leading annual compensation review cycles
  • Knowledge of salary benchmarking methodologies and market data surveys
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear business insights
  • Experience managing stakeholders and influencing decision-making
  • A hands-on, pragmatic approach with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast-paced business environment
