Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Reward Coordinator on a 6-9 month FTC to provide short-term support across core Reward and benefits administration. You will document key processes, reduce reliance on individuals, and improve operational resilience.

You will handle day-to-day Reward activity, payroll reporting, joiner/leaver changes, and help with the annual benefits election window, mapping existing processes and creating SOPs to support a smooth, compliant operation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Reward, payroll, benefits administration or a related HR operational role.
  • Strong process mapping and SOP writing capability.
  • Good understanding of payroll linked processes, controls and data management; knowledge of Workday beneficial.
  • Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across Reward, Payroll, Shared Services, People Systems and external providers.
  • Strong organisational skills, proactive, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and process mapping tools such as Visio.

  • Creating and updating SOPs, process maps and supporting guidance documents
