Job summary

AVK is creating a Reward Manager to build a robust compensation and benefits infrastructure across markets. You will lead job evaluation, market benchmarking and total reward design to attract and retain talent crucial to our growth.

Based in the UK, the role partners with Executive and People teams to implement salary structures, pay bands, employee benefits and data-driven reward decisions. Base salary £65,000–£75,000; bonus 10% eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering in data centre, construction or engineering settings.
• Significant HR partnering experience in fast-paced, scaling, or international environments.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law with working knowledge of EU jurisdictions.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to prioritise and adapt quickly.
• CIPD Level 7 or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead reward infrastructure, processes and market benchmarking across Engineering, Sales, Project Delivery, Operations and Corporate Functions.
• Design and implement compensation and benefits frameworks, including salary structures, pay bands and grading methodologies.
• Develop and maintain job evaluation methodology to support growth and equity.
• Partner with external reward providers and benchmarking partners for market intelligence.
• Conduct market benchmarking reviews and provide recommendations to stay competitive.
• Use reward data and analytics to inform decisions and workforce planning.
