Oakleaf Partnership are working with an amazing global organisation who are listed on the New York and London Stock Exchange. They are seeking a Reward Manager to join the team and work closely with the Head of Reward. This is a great opportunity to lead on cyclical reward processes, gain exposure to senior stakeholders in the business and deliver on reward strategy. The role is based in Leeds and offers hybrid working.

What is the role?

As the Reward manager, you will lead on the annual salary and bonus review process and provide data to HRBP’s and People Managers across the globe ensuring the group’s reward strategy remains consistent. You will have sole responsibility for the organisation’s recognition platform. You will build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation and support on the creation of reward policy and strategy. You will also lead on job levelling and benchmarking requests.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Reward Manager or Senior Analyst role. You will be highly analytical with experience of working with large data sets. You will have excellent data management skills with proven experience of providing analytical support within a HR environment. Advanced Excel skills are key with brilliant attention to detail and accuracy. You will have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and have fantastic communication skills and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
