Superdrug Stores is seeking a Reward & Benefits Business Partner at our Head Office near East Croydon. The role blends operational delivery with strategic reward initiatives, offering hybrid working with 2 days from home and 3 days in the Croydon office.

You will deliver and develop our reward, benefits, wellbeing and recognition programmes, using data to shape future improvements and partnering with suppliers and internal teams to maximise value for colleagues and the business.

Qualificações

• Experience in Reward & Benefits, HR or a related specialist area.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and performance.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and developing reward, benefits, wellbeing and recognition programmes.
• Supporting key reward activities, including benefit renewals and wellbeing campaigns.
• Building strong partnerships with suppliers for value and service.
• Acting as a trusted adviser, supporting managers with guidance and expertise.
• Using data and market insight to improve rewards offerings.
• Developing engaging communications to explain benefits to colleagues.
• Monitoring programme performance and recommending improvements.
• Collaborating with People, Finance, Payroll, Communications and Operations to deliver reward objectives.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and drive automation.
• Managing reward projects from idea to implementation.
