Frazer Jones in London is partnering with a global investment organisation to appoint a Reward Associate on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This hands-on, analytically focused role supports salary and bonus reviews, market benchmarking and reward data management across international locations.

You’ll gain exposure to executive compensation and global reward programmes while contributing to governance, reporting and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2-5 years’ experience within Compensation, Reward, HR Analytics, HR Operations, Finance or a similar analytical discipline.
• Experience supporting salary reviews, bonus processes or broader reward activities.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with confidence handling large datasets.
• Excellent attention to detail and a highly organised approach.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the annual compensation review process, including salary reviews, bonus planning and data validation.
• Producing compensation analysis and reporting to support reward decisions.
• Conducting market benchmarking and pay competitiveness analysis.
• Participating in compensation surveys and maintaining market data.
• Supporting annual incentive and bonus programme administration.
• Maintaining compensation systems, job architecture and reward data.
• Preparing reports, dashboards and management information.
• Supporting compensation governance, controls and compliance activities.
• Assisting with process improvements, automation and reporting enhancements.
• Providing compensation-related support and information to HR stakeholders.
