Who we are looking for:
This is a new opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the Pay & Reward team as a Reward Analyst.
This is a standalone role which will work closely with the wider HR directorate team, internal stakeholders and external partners to provide key support in job evaluation, salary benchmarking, pay structures, employee benefits, administration and overall reward processes.
