Do you want to be part of the success story of this technology firm based in London. Reward Analyst required by the Head of Reward to help provide support to the delivery of groups reward strategy.
The keys responsibilities include:
You will be responsible for supporting the company's reward and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, performance-based pay, and employee benefits. You would also be involved in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement within the reward function.
- Salary Benchmarking and Compensation Analysis:
- Conducting market research and salary surveys to ensure competitive pay structures and benefits.
- Analyzing employee compensation data and identifying trends or areas for improvement.
- Developing and maintaining salary bands and job evaluation systems.
- Performance-Based Pay and Bonus Programs:
- Supporting the design and implementation of performance-based pay and bonus schemes.
- Calculating and administering performance bonuses and other incentive payments.
- Tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of incentive programs
- Employee Benefits:
- Managing the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, renewals, and vendor relationships.
- Conducting research and analysis to ensure the competitiveness of employee benefits schemes.
- Developing and implementing new benefit programs or improvements to existing ones.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyzing data on compensation, benefits, and other reward-related metrics.
- Generating reports and dashboards to track key reward metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve reward programs.
- Process Improvement:
- Identifying opportunities to streamline reward processes and improve efficiency.
- Supporting the implementation of new systems or processes.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Working with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on reward goals and strategies.
- Responding to queries and providing support to employees on reward-related matters.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
- Experience with compensation and benefits administration: Knowledge of pay structures, bonus plans, and employee benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to reward programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Adaptable to both individual tasks and collaborative efforts.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and policies: Knowledge of employment law, pay equity, and other relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software: Data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
