About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join the HR team, supporting key compensation and benefits initiatives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders on data-driven projects involving salary reviews, benchmarking, and benefits modelling, ensuring the effective execution of reward strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting financial modelling and analysis of bonuses, pay awards, and equity schemes.
  • Building data models and analyzing large datasets to support pay strategies.
  • Ensuring HRIS data integrity and resolving discrepancies with HR Services.
  • Assisting in reward-related change management projects.
  • Contributing to the annual pay review process and stakeholder engagement.
  • Participating in market surveys and interpreting benchmarking data.
  • Supporting gender pay gap, ethnicity pay gap, and audit calculations.
  • Assisting with selection and implementation of compensation management tools.
  • Monitoring vendor spend and performance related to rewards and benefits.
  • Supporting daily reward operations and benefits queries.
  • Assisting with benefits enrolment and employee data analysis.
Candidate Profile

Applicants should have 2-3 years of experience in a Reward role, strong numerical and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience supporting at least two pay review cycles. A background in HR and Reward, along with excellent communication and data management skills, is preferred. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
