Reward Analyst
Location: City of London - Hybrid

This is an exciting opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join the HR team, supporting key compensation and benefits initiatives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders on data-driven projects involving salary reviews, benchmarking, and benefits modelling, ensuring the effective execution of reward strategies.
Applicants should have 2-3 years of experience in a Reward role, strong numerical and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience supporting at least two pay review cycles. A background in HR and Reward, along with excellent communication and data management skills, is preferred. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
