Job summary

Omnea is building an AI-native GTM engine to streamline procurement and revenue operations. As a Revenue Operations Associate, you’ll own CRM administration, data quality, and build dashboards that drive visibility across pipeline health and performance.

You’ll work at the intersection of GTM, Customer, and Finance, gaining exposure to how a high-growth B2B SaaS business scales while contributing to process automation and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 1st class degree or from a top university.
• STEM background and curiosity about how systems, data, and workflows connect.
• Willingness to work in a fast-scaling startup with a pace that can mean longer hours.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CRM administration and data hygiene.
• Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline health and KPIs.
• Monitor incentive tracking and ensure accurate commissions.
• Onboard new GTM joiners and support recurring admin cadence to automate where possible.
