Job summary

OneOcean, a unified maritime solutions provider, seeks a RevOps Data Team Lead to drive revenue analytics, lead a analytics team, and harmonize reporting across legacy and post‑merger systems. You will own revenue dashboards, forecasting support, and data governance while partnering with Finance, Sales, and Product.

The role blends hands-on analytics with people leadership in a transforming organization, requiring strong English communication and cross‑regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within B2B SaaS/recurring revenue environments.
• Proven ability to lead/co-ordinate analysts and manage multiple analytical priorities.
• Advanced analytical capability: root-cause analysis, scenario modeling, executive storytelling.
• Strong CRM/BI experience; Salesforce and Power BI proficiency highly desirable.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel; exposure to data transformation and semantic models.
• Ability to define metrics, data rules, and governance across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of RevOps Data Analysts, setting objectives and standards.
• Manage analytics backlog, balance reporting, strategic analysis, data quality, and urgent requests.
• Create intake and prioritization process based on value, urgency, effort, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity of outputs before publication; translate analyses into commercial narratives for leadership.
• Own revenue reporting suite, dashboards, and self-service data products; drive adoption through training.
• Define and govern commercial metrics and reporting hierarchies with Finance and RevOps teams.
