Qualifications

Position

Skills & Knowledge

• A proven track record of producing quality models and accurate drawings using design software.
• Aware of current technology, industry best practices, and inventive ways to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Relevant technical knowledge and understanding of buildings, structures, and pipework.
• Ability to incorporate health and safety practices in design.
• Able to manage a challenging workload and work to tight schedules.
• Willingness to learn and receive training.
• A positive, proactive, and personable nature to blend in with the existing team of talented engineers.

Key Accountabilities

• Preparation of new drawing layouts, conceptual design, and detailed design drawings, including Gas plans, cross sections, details, 3D models, etc.
• Work independently without needing significant help from others.
• Assume ownership of work and be responsible for project deliverables.
• Participate in team efforts to effectively deliver projects.
• Management of all work in compliance with Ayesa's Integrated Management System (IMS).

Requirements

• Relevant industry experience and competency in the use of REVIT for building design engineering projects, with significant pipework detailing experience.
• Relevant Water and Infrastructure industry experience and competency in the use of 2D / 3D AutoCAD.
• Experience with an R.C. detailing package (Multi-RC, CADS RC, or equivalent) is desirable.
• Experience of UK water assets and standard details or equivalent is desirable.
