Job summary

Cotleigh Engineering in London is seeking an intermediate to senior Revit MEP Technician/Co-ordinator to join our global team on major Building Services projects. You will model and co-ordinate heating, ventilation, pipework, lighting and power in Revit MEP and use Navisworks for visualisations and clash detection.

This role offers potential progression to Lead BIM Coordinator/Manager in the future and requires at least three years’ Revit experience within the Building Services sector.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit MEP used for Building Services modelling.
• Experience in coordinating MEP services on large building projects.
• Ability to work as part of a team and progress in BIM leadership.

Responsibilities

• Produce MEP BIM models for new building projects, modelling and coordinating HVAC, piping, lighting and power.
• Use Navisworks to generate visuals and video walkthroughs.
• Run clash detection and produce reports.
• Create end sheets and record drawings.

Are you looking to develop your career in BIM and Revit MEP Modelling in the Building Services sector working on large scale construction projects?

Our Client is currently looking for Intermediate/Senior level Revit Technicians (with at least 3 years experience using Revit within the Building Services / MEP sector.)

Responsibilities:

• Producing MEP BIM models of new building construction projects, modelling and coordinating the Heating, Ventilation, Pipework, Lighting and Power Services in Revit MEP.
• Using Navisworks to produce visual imagery and video walk-throughs.
• Run Clash Detection of the MEP Services and generating reports in Navisworks.
• Production of End Sheets and Record Drawings.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit MEP & Navis
• MEP Building Services experience
• Team player and keen to progress career
• Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
