Job summary

12 Recruitment Ltd is assisting an established MEP design consultancy in Maidenhead with the recruitment of an Intermediate Revit MEP Coordinator. You will produce and coordinate Revit MEP models, working across mechanical and electrical services.

You will develop coordinated drawings, support engineers and BIM professionals, identify clashes, and help deliver projects from design through to construction in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience using Revit MEP within a building services environment.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary design team.
• Attention to detail and methodical approach.

INTERMEDIATE REVIT MEP COORDINATOR

Maidenhead, Berkshire | £27,000-£33,000

An established MEP design consultancy based in Maidenhead is looking to add an Intermediate Revit MEP Coordinator to its growing technical team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid Revit MEP experience who wants to develop their coordination skills while working alongside experienced building services engineers and BIM professionals on a varied range of projects.

The role:

• Producing and coordinating MEP models using Autodesk Revit
• Working across mechanical and electrical building services
• Developing coordinated drawings and detailed models
• Supporting engineers and senior BIM team members throughout project delivery
• Identifying and resolving clashes and coordination issues
• Working with project information and BIM standards
• Liaising with engineers, technicians and other design disciplines
• Contributing to the delivery of projects from design through to construction

About you:

• Previous experience using Revit MEP within a building services environment
• Good understanding of MEP systems and technical drawings
• Experience producing and coordinating Revit models
• Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary design team
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Keen to continue developing your Revit and BIM skills
