12 Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Revit MEP Coordinator to join our client in Warrington, Cheshire. The role focuses on coordinating MEP services using Revit and supporting engineers and designers across projects.

The ideal candidate has around 3 years' experience with Revit within a building services environment and can deliver accurate models and drawings on time. This permanent position offers a varied project portfolio and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years' experience using Revit within an MEP or building services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Experience coordinating mechanical and electrical services.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain coordinated MEP models using Revit.
• Develop detailed MEP drawings and layouts from design information.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical services within building models.
• Resolve coordination issues with engineers and designers.
• Identify and address clashes in Revit models.
• Support design development across the project lifecycle.
• Produce drawings and documentation to required standards.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy and consistency.
• Liaise with other disciplines to ensure effective design coordination.
• Assist with model updates and revisions.
• Support BIM and Revit requirements across projects.
• Attend coordination meetings as required.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Work to project deadlines and delivery programmes.
