Job summary

Phoenix Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior MEP Revit Technician for contract roles across the Northwest (Central Manchester, South Manchester, North Manchester, Warrington & Liverpool). You will manage CAD and Revit drawings on time to specification, liaising with engineers and other professionals to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to clients' high standards.

• Hold qualifications for Revit.
• 3-5 years background in Building Services.
• At least two years of experience using Revit MEP.
• Conversive with MS packages.
• Strong knowledge of BIM and relevant design software.
• Proven track record of deliverance of projects.
• Engage with Mechanical and Electrical engineers to ensure mutual understanding of project requirements.

Are you currently a Senior MEP Revit Technician on the lookout for your next challenge within the Building Services sector? We have a number of contract requirements in the Northwest (Central Manchester, South Manchester, North Manchester, Warrington & Liverpool) for Senior MEP Revit Technician.

You will have to be confident and able to work individually as you will be trusted to complete all CAD and Revit drawings on time and up to the specification needed without constant prompt. You will also be comfortable liaising with other professionals inside and outside of the business to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and up to the clients' high standards.

Requirements

• Hold qualifications for Revit
• 3-5 years background in Building Services
• At least two years of experience using Revit MEP
• Conversive with MS packages
• Strong knowledge of BIM and relevant design software
• Proven track record of deliverance of projects
• Masters in BIM Management (desirable)
• Engage with Mechanical and Electrical engineers to ensure mutual understanding of project requirements.
• Keep up to date with current market trends
• Committed to the contract duration
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experienced in larger projects
• If your application is for a position based in the UK or EU, under European Employment Law you MUST be eligible to live and work there.

Duration of contract will be six months (with the possibility of being extended).

Hourly rate up to £30.00 per hour via a Limited Company (dependant on experience/qualifications etc)
