Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy firm in Greater London is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to manage design projects and ensure high-quality outputs using 3D modelling tools, particularly REVIT MEP. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Building Services Consultancy and be capable of delivering constructible 3D models. This role emphasizes professional representation at client meetings, offering technical guidance to junior staff, and adherence to BIM standards, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Building Services Consultancy Design experience.
• 5 years of experience in an MEP Building Consultancy.
• BIM experience essential, especially in residential, commercial, educational, healthcare, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage design projects to meet deadlines.
• Carry out M&E design work using REVIT MEP and Navis.
• Attend BIM coordination meetings representing the company.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff.
• Uphold BIM & CAD standards.
