Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Design Engineer (Building Services/Revit) in Leicester to lead BIM coordination on multiple projects. You will produce and maintain detailed Revit MEP models, coordinate M&E services, and run Navisworks clash detections to ensure model quality and timely deliverables.

The role offers ownership of BIM standards and close collaboration with the BIM Director and senior stakeholders, with a typical 40-hour week on site.

Qualifications

• Strong M&E Revit/BIM background using Revit MEP.
• Experience coordinating mechanical & electrical services and running clash detection (Navisworks).
• Good working knowledge of BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating M&E BIM information across multiple building services projects.
• Producing / maintaining Revit MEP models, clash detection and construction-phase BIM deliverables.
• Leicester-based 40 hours per week.
