What You'll Be Doing
  • Ensuring all Pay & Display machines are checked and maintained as per the schedule
  • Responding promptly to first-line maintenance calls from the public
  • Fixing faults at first-line maintenance level
  • Reporting faulty machines according to protocol
  • Escalating issues to the second-line maintenance team if unable to fix
  • Replacing batteries on Pay & Display machines when necessary
  • Handling suspension labels as per daily schedule
  • Completing daily maintenance tasks on an online spreadsheet
  • Reporting machines with failed cash collection regularly
