Job summary

South China Morning Post is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst / Assistant Operations Manager to support our Revenue Operations team. The role blends data-driven analysis with hands-on commercial execution, focusing on process optimization, system enhancements and accurate billing reconciliation.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in BA or Revenue Ops, strong Salesforce and advanced Excel skills, and fluency in English and Chinese to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Finance, or related quantitative field.
• 4+ years in Business Analysis, Revenue Ops or Billing roles.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Strong Salesforce proficiency and ability to learn related tools quickly.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with complex modeling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Map and optimize revenue workflows to remove bottlenecks and boost efficiency.
• Identify gaps, drive automation, and implement system enhancements.
• Perform billing reconciliation and build robust financial models.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Tech teams to resolve queries.
• Lead a small ops team through end-to-end billing cycles and contracts.
