Job summary

China Telecom Global in London is seeking a detail-oriented Part Time Billing Specialist to oversee the billing function for our Voice wholesale unit and monitor internal controls related to profitability and cash flow. The role requires a strong background in billing processes, credit management, and accuracy, with a proactive, can-do attitude.

You will collaborate with the Voice Business Manager to review monthly traffic, issue invoices at month start, and keep partner billing data up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a UK-recognized university.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin language skills would be an advantage.
• Excel proficiency with VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder‑relationship skills.
• Experience relevant to billing or credit management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly traffic and issue voice wholesale invoices at the start of each month.
• Maintain up-to-date billing information for wholesale partners.
• Summarize Voice wholesale invoices and manage netting with partners; collect and allocate payments.
• Perform SAP-based account clearing and reconciliation for data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Voice Business Managers to resolve invoice uncertainties and disputes.
• Handle and investigate risk-control tickets related to negative margin and cash flow.
• Cross-check data across internal systems to identify profitability or cash flow anomalies.
• Identify abnormal transactions and escalate potential risks; support internal control improvements.
