Job summary

Trust Payments is seeking a Revenue Operations Executive in Bromley, operating in a hybrid setup. You will support the Sales teams, manage tickets, and maintain data quality in CRM systems to ensure a smooth sales journey from initial engagement to onboarding.

You will collaborate with Operations, Underwriting, Risk, Product, and Customer Success to unblock opportunities and drive process improvements in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, operational, or customer-facing role is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM systems guidance is a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn CRM systems; Salesforce experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to drive activity across the full sales lifecycle.
• Manage and resolve incoming tickets via Zendesk within SLAs.
• Handle ticket requests professionally with thorough responses.
• Coordinate customer documentation and commercial approvals for new business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and customer data in Salesforce and other systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Underwriting, Risk, Product, and Customer Success to progress opportunities.
• Monitor opportunities, identify blockers, and drive resolution with relevant teams.
• Participate in meetings and follow up on actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and internal guidance.
