Job summary

Peak Technologies in the UK is seeking a transactional order-processing and customer-service coordinator to support the Revenue Operations Lead. You will process customer Sales Orders and Vendor Purchase Orders, track status from order to delivery, and address queries.

This role focuses on execution and high-quality administrative support, maintaining relationships with customers and vendors, and collaborating with Sales, Finance and Operations to ensure smooth fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent; sales-administrative experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with good Excel skills.
• Experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce is an advantage.
• Ability to prioritise and meet demanding deadlines against KPIs.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Able to adapt to change and take on responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Process customer Sales Orders and Vendor Purchase Orders within agreed timescales.
• Check product deliveries and update order statuses from order through to delivery.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and vendors regarding orders and queries.
• Provide regular project/status updates and ensure customer satisfaction with delivery.
• Identify negotiation opportunities with vendors to maintain margins.
• Raise and track returns (RET) and vendor returns (VRA).
• Prepare commercial invoices and export documentation with Supply Chain.
• Monthly and ad-hoc SO/PO reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of core product and service offerings.
