Team & Culture

We're a fully remote team of 50+ building the leading design system platform. As a remote-first company, there's no requirement to visit our London co-working space regularly. More details on our remote-first approach can be found on our website.

Role Overview

This role reports directly to our Head of Sales. Our revenue organization includes Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Data teams, with dedicated support roles. We are looking to elevate our RevOps function from its early stages, offering you a chance to shape and scale this pivotal role to impact our growth trajectory.

Who You Are

You are an experienced Revenue Operations Manager with a track record of supporting revenue goals through aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations. You enjoy building and owning a RevOps function, with experience in both established and startup environments.

What You'll Do

As Revenue Operations Manager, you'll own all revenue operations and be responsible for:

Sales & Customer Success Operations
  • Establishing and maintaining sales processes for lead management, pipeline, and deal closure.
  • Partnering with CS Ops to analyze customer data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Marketing Collaboration
  • Aligning with Marketing Ops to ensure coordinated marketing and sales efforts.
  • Managing the lead funnel and optimizing handoffs.
  • Collaborating on campaign metrics and data enrichment strategies.
Reporting & Data Insights
  • Creating dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Monitoring KPIs and maintaining data integrity.
  • Working cross-functionally for data consistency and strategic planning.
Technology & Tools
  • Managing revenue tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Planhat, Gong).
  • Researching and implementing new tools.
  • Ensuring system integrations and data flow.
Process Improvement
  • Optimizing workflows and leveraging AI and tooling for efficiency.
  • Staying updated on revenue operations trends.
Knowledge & Enablement
  • Documenting procedures and best practices for onboarding and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years in Data/Revenue/Sales Operations roles.
  • Experience in SaaS, preferably in early-stage environments.
  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Business acumen focused on revenue growth.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with tools like Amplemarket, Gong, Insycle, Hex.
  • Contributing to outbound pipeline creation.
