Job summary

DIGITEC Financial Technologies and Services GmbH in London is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to lead CRM transformation, GTM programmes and the operational backbone of how we report and scale revenue. You'll own a greenfield remit, drive end-to-end initiatives with strong project discipline, and partner across Sales, Marketing and Enablement to shape a modern, scalable GTM model for global markets.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project management experience translating strategic ideas into structured plans.
• Strong experience in CRM systems implementation and management, including Dynamics 365.
• Experience in RevOps or close partnership with RevOps, Sales and Marketing.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with ability to derive insights.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Project & Programme Management: Scope, structure and drive GTM initiatives end-to-end with clear outcomes.
• CRM Transformation & Optimisation: Lead CRM implementation and evolution from requirements to adoption; Dynamics 365 desirable.
• New Logo / Pre-Sales Programme: Operational lead for pre-sales, client segmentation, lead-gen tools, outreach processes.
• Investor & Management Reporting: Support reporting with data collation, analysis and commentary.
