Steadman Hub are the UK's leading HubSpot recruitment agency and we have partnered with a leading healthcare business based in Surrey, who are looking to expand their Rev Ops function, by hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst.

Job title: HubSpot Revenue Operations Analyst

Location: Surrey (3x a week in office)

Salary: up to £45,000

Job responsibilities:

  • Serve as the go-to person for HubSpot within the business
  • Customise and configure HubSpot properties, workflows, pipelines and other system components to meet business requirements
  • Monitor data quality, conduct regular audits and implement improvements to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Collaborate with the wider team to optimise the CRM to support lead management, reporting and campaign tracking
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings within HubSpot
  • Own third-party CPQ relationship and processes

Job requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience, working technically hands on with HubSpot
  • HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub experience, on an enterprise level
  • An understanding of Marketing and Sales Ops
  • Ability to spot gaps in HubSpot Campaigns and to be able to improve HubSpot campaigns
