We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Revenue Operations Analyst to join our commercial team and play a central role in building a best-in-class sales infrastructure. You’ll work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and a growing team of new business and account managers to drive operational excellence, CRM discipline, commercial performance. There will be a key focus on quality control of the billing element of closed sales. This is a high-impact role focused on structure, systems, insights—and ensuring every closed deal translates into clean, billable revenue.

Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Strategy, Adoption & Compliance- Act as the Salesforce business owner for the commercial function.
- Lead the design, refinement, and documentation of sales processes within the CRM.
- Champion CRM hygiene, driving user adoption, data integrity, and process compliance across the sales, account management teams and wider organisation.
- Deliver onboarding and training for new users to drive consistent usage.
Reporting, Dashboards & Insights- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clarity and accountability in Salesforce for sales reps, team leads, and the CCO.
- Develop a regular cadence of performance reporting that supports pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial planning.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and translate them into clear recommendations.
Commercial Support- Support commercial leaders in pricing, deal structuring, and proposal development for complex deals, and commercial strategy.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and delivery teams to ensure alignment across the full revenue cycle.
- Administer commission schemes and non-standard commercial contracts in partnership with Finance.
- Partner with the CCO to establish KPIs, track performance, and support continuous improvement across the team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Deep knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud) with a proven track record of managing CRM strategy, dashboards, and user adoption.
- Strong data and analytical skills—able to create dashboards, interrogate pipeline data, and generate actionable insights.
- A proactive approach to CRM data quality and process discipline.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally and influence effectively.
- A self-starter mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting, territory planning, or commercial policy.
- Exposure to marketing or customer success operations.
- Strong experience in Sales Operations within a B2B environment, ideally in a professional services, SaaS, or consulting business.
- Experience delivering accurate reports and commercial insights for senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ownership of CRM strategy and reporting, preferably in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- A successful track record of improving sales process efficiency and enabling team performance.
- Familiarity with forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and deal support processes.
- Experience partnering with senior commercial leaders and influencing stakeholders across teams.
- Experience delivering training to sales teams and producing clear and relevant sales focused documentation.
