Job summary

Vodafone Limited in the UK is recruiting for a finance professional to join the Consumer Business Revenue & Margin team. You will manage monthly revenue and margin journals in Oracle, perform balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end close with strong internal controls.

You will collaborate across the Vodafone UK finance team, drive continuous improvement and help ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in a fast-moving transformation.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified or qualified by experience in financial accounting.
• Experience with accruals, prepayments and month-end close.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Oracle.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, calculate and post monthly revenue and margin journals in Oracle.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations, identify risks and resolve items.
• Support revenue and margin accounting for key areas including Smarty brand and B2B.
• Gather and maintain SOX compliance evidence.
• Assist month-end reporting and ad hoc revenue and margin analyses.
• Build partnerships with Vodafone UK finance team to share best practices.
• Drive efficiency, strengthen controls, and integrate processes in a transforming organisation.
