Job summary

Verve, a privacy-focused ad tech company, seeks a Finance Operations professional to own US revenue and cost-of-sales close, coordinating with the UK finance team in a hybrid role. You will ensure accurate revenue recognition, perform reconciliations, and support intercompany processes.

The role requires 5+ years of accounting experience, proficiency in NetSuite and Excel, and strong communication to support cross-functional teams and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or comparable field.
• ACCA or ACA candidate a plus.
• 5+ years accounting experience, multi-entity or intercompany preferred.
• Experience with revenue recognition and month-end close.
• Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly US revenue and cost-of-sales close, including entries.
• Prepare and validate revenue/cost accruals
• Reconcile revenue and cost data with platform, billing, and partner data
• Prepare gross margin bridges and variance analysis
• Support billing accuracy and revenue completeness
• Reconcile intercompany revenue and cost flows
• Collaborate with revenue ops, sales, and commercial teams
• Support compliance and audit requests
• Identify opportunities to streamline close processes
