Job summary

Moxy Belfast City is seeking a Revenue Manager to own the hotel’s revenue strategy, turning data into action and ensuring maximum performance across rooms and beyond. You’ll work with the General Manager and teams to optimise pricing, forecasting, and market responsiveness.

You will monitor market trends, lead weekly revenue discussions, and collaborate with Front Office, Sales and Reservations to convert strategy into results.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel revenue management or related commercial role.
• Strong data analysis and forecasting skills.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the numbers – analyse performance, booking trends and market data to shape pricing and forecasting.
• Drive revenue – maximise room and total revenue through smart decisions and planning.
• Know the market – monitor competitors and demand patterns to stay ahead.
• Lead strategy conversations – run weekly revenue meetings with stakeholders.
• Make data make sense – deliver clear reports and forecasts for the team.
• Collaborate across the hotel – work with Front Office, Sales and Reservations.
• Own distribution & merchandising – manage availability and channels.
