Role: Cluster Revenue Manager

Location:

This is a lead revenue management position for a number of fabulous properties. Working for Frasers Hospitality as a Cluster Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the revenue strategy for your own cluster of properties.

Ideal candidates for this Revenue Manager role will have proven experience in revenue management and ideally some experience across multi-unit and multi-market roles, preferably within the hotel industry.

You will be tenacious, thrive on competition (remember, the first loser is 2nd place), and will set and deliver challenging goals for yourself. Success will come through your understanding of the market, detailed focus, and determination.

A strong understanding of revenue management systems and business analysis tools is essential, as is experience in coaching and developing hotel teams to drive revenue capture. Strong communication and presentation skills for both hotel teams and senior management are also required.

Some key activities include:

  • Strong analytical skills, able to translate insight into action to maximize performance versus competitors.
  • Experience with revenue management systems (RMS) and business analysis tools.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams & colleagues to deliver optimal performance.
  • Generate room forecasts and budgets for hotels in your cluster.
  • Maximize hotel performance against competitors.
  • Pricing and inventory management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market demand and competitors.
  • Effective communication skills.
