Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in London seeks an experienced Reservations Manager to lead the reservations office, driveguest experiences and optimise occupancy and yield. You will partner with the Revenue Manager and DOS to ensure efficient operation and strong guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Reservation Manager or Supervisor in a busy hotel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations in the reservations office.
• To constantly update the hotel's revenue system.
• To assist in the maximisation of room revenue, occupancy percentage and yield management.
• Work closely with the revenue manager and DOS to ensure the efficient running of the department.
• To ensure our guest's requests are honoured.

Your Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations in the reservations office.
• To constantly update the hotel's revenue system.

What You Will Need

• Previous experience as a Reservation manager or Supervisor in a busy hotel.
• Excellent communication and customer skills.
• Great team leader and can lead and motivate the reservations staff.
• Can prioritise and delegate what needs to be done.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
