Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Reservations Manager to lead the reservations office, drive guest satisfaction and maximise room revenue through effective yield management. You will work closely with the Revenue Manager, DOS and front office to ensure the department runs smoothly, while inspiring a high-performing team and delivering outstanding service in a busy hotel environment.

• Previous experience as a Reservation manager or Supervisor in a busy hotel.
• Excellent communication and customer skills.
• Great team leader and can lead and motivate the reservations staff.
• Can prioritise and delegate what needs to be done.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations in the reservations office.
• To constantly update the hotel's revenue system.
• To assist in the maximisation of room revenue, occupancy percentage and yield management.
• Work closely with the revenue manager and DOS to ensure the efficient running of the department.
