NES Fircroft is seeking a Commercial Asset Manager to join its growing UK team focused on a rapidly expanding portfolio of BESS and solar assets. The role concentrates on maximizing asset revenues, managing market and contractual risks, and driving performance across the portfolio of operational renewables.

Responsibilities include optimizing PPAs and CfDs, monitoring UK power markets, budgeting and forecasting, and collaborating with O&M providers to boost commercial performance.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years' experience within renewable energy, energy markets or asset management.
• Strong understanding of UK power markets, solar PPAs and BESS revenue streams.
• Experience with commercial contracts, including PPAs, CfDs and optimisation agreements.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Optimise revenues across PPAs, CfDs, Capacity Market and BESS ancillary services.
• Manage offtake agreements and support trading and route-to-market strategies.
• Monitor UK power market developments and assess their impact on asset performance.
• Own asset budgets, forecasts, financial analysis and performance reporting.
• Work closely with O&M providers to improve operational and commercial performance.
• Manage contractual, regulatory and commercial risks across the portfolio.
