Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is partnering with a leading renewables group to appoint an Asset Manager based in London. You will take ownership of a portfolio of UK solar and other renewable assets, driving performance and value for investors.

You will manage technical and commercial aspects, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder relationships across the portfolio. The role suits someone with 1–3 years in renewables and a degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in renewable energy, infrastructure or asset management.
• Knowledge of UK energy markets is advantageous.
• Experience managing contracts and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimise asset performance against KPIs.
• Oversee O&M and EPC contracts, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Coordinate with investors, lenders, and grid operators.
• Drive incident resolution, maintenance oversight and continuous improvement.
