Job summary

Northgate Public Services is seeking a Revenues Support Consultant for our Government team. You will resolve software issues, build client relationships, and deliver a first-class customer experience while liaising with development and product teams.

We are looking for strong knowledge of Revenues, with Business Rates/Council Tax experience, to support our public sector customers. The role offers a supportive environment, training, and security while contributing to service improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Revenues and Benefits software.
• Good knowledge of Business Rates/Council Tax and/or System Administration.
• Ability to recognise and prioritise urgent calls.
• Ability to manage an issue to conclusion, coordinating resources as required.
• Experience of working for/with the Public Sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance, application support and guidance to NEC customers.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of application environments and SLA delivery.
• Understand customer contracts and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Translate customer requirements to provide workarounds and fixes across a range of problems.
• Identify opportunities to generate revenue through additional services and solutions.
