About the Role

As a key part of the Commercial Team, your purpose will be to provide commercial and revenue management support across Butlin’s. Principally, this will be focused on achieving revenue growth at each of our resorts by providing the Commercial Team and wider business with reporting and analysis alongside making key day-to-day revenue management decisions. This will include contributing to pricing decisions at a very detailed level and ensuring these are delivered accurately.

You will need to consistently deliver regular, accurate reporting in a timely manner whilst owning and developing complex Excel-based reports and tools required by the business. With doing this, you will also develop reporting capabilities across the business, regular analysis, and interpretation of data.

Working closely with resort and support teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the commercial strategy is delivered consistently, ensuring that the sales and marketing teams have all the information they need.

About You

The ideal person will have experience of providing reporting and analysis in a business environment and ideally have had some exposure to revenue management. You will combine a logical, analytical approach to your work with the ability to help others understand the insight and analysis produced. Attention to detail and an inquisitive mind will ensure that every detail is thought through when faced with a problem. You will be willing to challenge processes and have the ability to think outside of the box.
