Job summary

Ctrg is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for Magna Park, Lutterworth (LE17 4XN). You will work a fixed 4-day shift from Monday to Thursday, 06:00–16:00, earning £12.71 per hour. This full-time role offers a permanent path through GXO and a supportive training environment.

Responsibilities include handling returns, data input into the warehouse management system, stacking items to customer standards, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Forklift training is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Numeracy and literacy are essential.
• Full training will be provided.
• Forklift training can be provided if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Handling of customer return electrical and retail items with data input into a warehouse management system.
• Stacking various type of equipment according to customer standards.
• Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy, including keeping gangways clear and litter removal.
• Relocating products using forklift (Training provided if necessary).
• Checking products are fit for purpose and working efficiently.
• Scanning and sorting products ready to be dispatched.
• Organising and disposing of all recyclable goods.
