We can SolviT Recruitment LTD is seeking a Day Shift Warehouse Operative for Magna Park South. The role involves a 40-hour week across Sun-Wed, with Sundays paid at £13.71 per hour and weekdays at £12.71 per hour. Overtime beyond 40 hours is paid at 1.25–1.5x.

You will be part of a modern logistics site handling cosmetics distribution. Responsibilities include picking with hand scanners, packing and labeling, and SAP system usage.

Day Shift Warehouse Operative

Magna Park South

Ongoing, temporary positon - long term opportunities available

Sun-Wed 07:00-17:45 (40 hours across 4 days)

Sunday rate: £13.71 per hour

Weekday pay rate: £12.71 p/h

Overtime over 40 hours is paid between x1.25-x1.5

We are currently hiring for a proactive, hardworking warehouse operative to join a for a logistics business in the Magna Park area!

This is a super modern site and you will play a key role in the distribution of luxury cosmetics.

Your duties will include:

• Picking using hand scanners
• Packing and labelling
• Use of the SAP system and handscanners

All you need to be considered is:

• Be local to Lutterworth
• A great attitude and be an excellent team player
• Able to work on your feet for 40 hours per week - this role will include A LOT of steps!
• Able to commit to Sun-Wed weekly.
• Reliable and punctual
• Computer literate
