Job summary

Evri Group is hiring Warehouse Operatives at the Lutterworth site to support the Day Manager and Supervisor, handling parcels, labels, and returns in a fast-paced logistics environment. This full-time role offers 32 days leave, a 3% pension contribution and life assurance, plus flexible benefits and career progression.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Supervisor and Day Manager by coordinating shift tasks
• Move misplaced parcels with missing/damaged labels to owners or clients
• Repack damaged parcels (no damage to contents) and forward to couriers
• Track parcels and communicate with Hubs, sub-Depots, Couriers and clients
• Lead small projects and take ownership of assigned areas
• Full-time roles are 40 hours per week with 5 shifts out of 7; rotas in advance
