Job summary

Abbott seeks an experienced leader to head the Product Returns Investigation team in Witney. You will lead Complaint Investigators, ensuring thorough investigations, quality, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Working Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm, you will drive continuous improvement, engage stakeholders, and develop people and processes within Abbott's Diabetes Care division.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of QMS, GMP or GLP in highly regulated industries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Complaint Investigators.
• Coordinate investigations to meet timescales and accuracy.
• Allocate workloads and guide day-to-day team operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive efficiency improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and root cause analysis support.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
