Job summary

Thurlow Nunn Distrigo is seeking a Returns Coordinator to manage customer returns, analyse movements and decide on restocking or returning items to manufacturers. You will work closely with warehouse, quality control and sales to maintain accurate records and support customer satisfaction.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes of returns and recommend appropriate actions.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams and address customer inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of customer returns, including processing, documenting, and tracking items throughout the return process.
• Analyse returned products to identify the reason for return, whether due to defects, damage, or customer preferences.
• Collaborate with various teams, including the warehouse, quality control, and sales, to ensure seamless returns processing.
• Make well-informed decisions on whether returned items can be reintroduced into stock or if they need to be returned to the manufacturer.
• Maintain accurate records of all return transactions and generate reports for management.
• Monitor return trends and provide insights to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce returns policies to ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve the returns process and customer experience.
• Support the wider warehouse operations team when required.
