Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Delivery and Returns Coordinator to join the London-based Supply Chain team. You will analyse data, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements across inbound, warehousing, outbound, and returns processes.

You will work with operations managers and the data team to manage stakeholder relationships, monitor supplier performance, and support change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or carrier management.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proactive in identifying trends and communicating them to stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Analyse business data within ASOS platforms to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive Improvement: Connect data to operational insights to enable problem solving.
• Trend Identification: Proactively identify trends and communicate findings to Supply Chain Managers and partners.
• Decision Making: Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decisions and provide recommendations.
• Evaluating Performance: Monitor supplier performance and propose improvement strategies.
• Business Change: Collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements for customers.
• DE&I: Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives within the team.
