Qualifications

• You hold a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIA with a background in financial services, insurance, or corporate audit.
• Returning from a career break of 2 years or more in order to rebuild momentum in a collaborative environment.
• Analytical problem-solving approach with hands-on engagement in operational processes.
• Excellent communication skills to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Pragmatic, flexible, and willing to learn new ways as the business grows.

Responsibilities

• Audit scoping & planning: collaborate with stakeholders to map workflows and prepare APDs/ToRs.
• Control evaluation & walkthroughs: design Risk and Control Matrices for operational audits.
• Audit execution: perform testing to evaluate control effectiveness and identify gaps.
• Reporting & advisory: draft observations and pragmatic recommendations for management.
• Remediation & action tracking: monitor implementation of actions with business leaders.
