This fixed term, full-time role focuses on evaluating risks and controls across core underwriting systems, cloud infrastructure, data governance, cyber security and third-party IT providers. As a non-managerial position, you will refresh and apply technology risk expertise within a modern tech environment, collaborating across teams to strengthen internal controls and risk assurance while

Qualifications

• IT audit experience or strong IT risk controls experience in a large/complex environment.
• Professional certifications in IT risk/audit (CISA/CRISC/CISSP/ACA or equivalent) are preferred.
• Returning from a career break of 2+ years and eager to rejoin a modern tech-enabled audit function.
• Ability to translate IT risk into clear business terms for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• IT risk assessment with IT and security teams to understand tech roadmap and assets.
• Draft audit plans focused on ITGCs, cyber security, change management and data integrity.
• Evaluate design and operation of IT controls and identify vulnerabilities.
• Present practical, technology-driven recommendations to management.
• Monitor evolving technology developments and support remediation actions.
