Responsibilities

• Manage a program of retrofitting to identified stock.
• Maintain accurate data to ensure properties meet EPC targets.
• Manage a variety of contractors and ensure works meet budgets.
• Identify customer safeguarding issues as required.
• Pre and post inspect works to ensure SLAs are adhered to.
