Job summary

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy in Birmingham seeks a Building Surveyor to oversee impactful retrofit projects. You will ensure energy efficiency and sustainability targets are met, coordinating with assessors, designers, and installers. The ideal candidate has essential experience in housing retrofit projects and holds a Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management. This role offers hybrid working and 25 days annual leave.

Qualifications

• Essential experience in housing retrofit projects.
• Knowledge of PAS 2035 and domestic energy efficiency required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retrofit projects from assessment to completion.
