Job summary

Keegans seeks an experienced Retrofit Assessor to join our expanding Retrofit team. You will undertake retrofit assessments of dwellings in accordance with PAS 2035, including RdSAP assessments, detailed floor plans and reports.

The role is based out of our London office with country-wide travel, requiring a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. Previous Domestic Energy Assessment experience is required.

Qualifications

• Qualified Domestic Retrofit Assessor with relevant construction experience.
• Member of a Trustmark Approved scheme preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertake retrofit assessments in accordance with PAS 2035.
• Provide specialist advice on energy efficiency and renewable energy measures to householders by phone, email and face to face.
• Provide administrative support to the delivery of projects.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients.
• Provide enhanced retrofit advice to support a householder’s journey to a low carbon home.
• Deliver retrofit focused home visits or surveys with minimal support.
• Maintain and manage relationships with installers and builders to whom we refer clients for further support.
• Support Retrofit Coordinators in the management of the retrofit project.
• Support project managers in reporting on retrofit assessments.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Liaise with Retrofit team to ensure workload planning and delivery.
